HYDROTHERAPY

According to the concept of naturopathy, the human body is made up of five great elements of nature, out of which water is a major constituent. About 62% of the human body is composed of water in the form of blood and lymph. Therefore, water is extensively used in different forms and temperatures to treat various disorders—a practice known as Hydrotherapy.
